Emerging Health Information Technology Montefiore Hospital, Bronx Lebanon Hospital Bronx, NY

Maintained the Network & Wireless infrastructure of Bronx Lebanon Hospital, and all remote Bronx Lebanon Remote Clinics in the Bronx. Installed all necessary servers, routers, and switches at the Data Center for new applications and departments. Installed and configured all PCs in new hospitals joining the Montefiore Hospital Network Domain, such as WoodyCrest Hospital and any newly established Clinics coming online, requiring imaged or unimaged PCs, along with Printers, Rx printing, and Imaging. Moved and/or migrated to upgraded switches for entire departments. Provided Technical Support to Dell EU (customers) under warranty. On site repair of Desktops and Laptops according to Dell Service Specifications. Worked with Dell Tech Support to resolve issues on site when the need arose. Provided EU with additional "out of the box" tech support such as maintaining the O/S and installation when necessary. Ensured that all hardware was properly supported by software for the operation of Internet Access, Network Access, and Raid systems. Maintained a timely arrival to ensure EU satisfaction.
