total regime of care is maintained. (I.e. Hospice, PT/OT, Home Health)
~Develop and maintain a good working rapport with residential care
personnel, to ensure that nursing services and activities are adequately
maintained to meet the residents needs.
~ Ensure all residents Functional and Annual assessments are completed
when appropriate.
~ Review residents charts, treatments, medication orders and diets.
~ Medication pass.
~ Administer services such as catheterization, applying and changing
dressings, drainage bags, ROM, and TPR's.
~ Collect Specimens as needed.
~ Complete all charting and filing upon residents admission, transfer,
discharge and change in condition.
~ I.V. certified.
~ Clock Test Certified (2009)
~ CPR and First Aid Certified Instructor (2009)
