ELECTRIC NEEDED ADDITIONAL PROJECTS TO KEEP REVENUE PIPELINE GOING.
ANALYZED MARKET OPPORTUNITIES, BID WORK AND NEGOTIATED CONTRACTS. COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION ON THREE MAJOR PROJECTS AT ONE TIME AND DELIVERED $17M IN NEW
REVENUE.

Completed land development project on time and under budget. Started with
vacant land. Developed BECO plan to build multi-use office and multi-family
buildings. Set use plan. Obtained zoning, secured funding, designed
buildings and built bridges. Completed complex project. Earned recognition
for high level of professionalism.

Saved government project from failure. Remediation of military complex was
six months behind schedule. Selected to fix project failures. Analyzed
schedule, HAZMAT impact and set new project standards. Reorganized
construction team. Secured secret security clearances for workers. Achieved
100,000 man-hour safety award.

Restructured Horne Engineering branch office. Found branch office to be
utter disarray. Set new culture through different office management style.
Eliminated safety issues and minimized risk. Redesigned all support
functions and trained employees. Improved profit margins of construction

Delivered successful completion of three concurrent projects. One Superfund
and two major highway projects were awarded to Driggs simultaneously.
Coordinated the design, approval and completion of all three projects at

FOCUS REGIONAL MANAGER, RAYTHEON CORP., TSA AND HOMELAND SECURITY, 2010 TO
2011. MANAGED THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF AIRPORT SECURITY EQUIPMENT IN
MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA, GEORGIA, ARKANSAS, TENNESSEE, KENTUCKY AND ILLINOIS

Senior Project Manager, Bay Electric Company, a $90M general construction
company, 2008 to 2010. Managed the P&L for the design and construction of
nationwide government military projects. Oversaw engineering, plan
development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Led 20
professionals and managed $16M budget.

Senior Project Manager, BECO LLC, an $80M construction company, 2005 to
2008. Designed, developed and constructed HUDD commercial multi-family and
office park projects. Full P&L responsibility up to $40M. Negotiated
contracts and governmental construction approvals. Directed 50 employees
and results for all revenues.
